As a Master Jeweler, a title that takes 8-years to achieve, he is a master of all of the metals and can fabricate, refurbish, and revive all types of jewelry. OUR CUSTOM JEWELRY DESIGN PROCESS
From preparing to pop the question to ensuring you have the perfect gift for an upcoming celebration, The Jeweler's Box is proud to work with customers across Greenville, and beyond, to create their custom jewelry pieces. Our Master Jeweler and friendly staff are here to make the process of dreaming, designing, and delivering your piece as simple as possible. Due to the custom nature of jewelry design, we do request to conduct an initial consultation. This allows us to understand your preferences, such as the types of metals or stones you are looking for, and to capture a overall budget for your project. Once all of these details are in place and you agree to move forward, we will get to work putting together a 3-dimensional CAD rendered design of your proposed piece. This will give you a clear picture of what the finished product would look like and gives us time to complete a formal estimate for completion.
Upon approval of the design and estimate, we can proceed with having your piece created at the selected manufacturer or handcrafted in our store. From start to finish, we will maintain clear communication with you on the steps and status of your custom piece. Most designs take around 2-weeks for creation.
